Program Description

Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor
PreTeam & Level 1 Tryout
$140 per month
This class will work on skills, coordination, technique, and flexibility that you would need to be able to compete.
Prerequisites for the tryout class include the following skills UNASSISTED: attain a vertical handstand, cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, backbend off the head with straight arms; ability to complete basic skills on beam without fear: walking, jumping, kicking, mounting and dismounting; attempt to complete skills on bars without fear whether with or without assistance.
