Athletes are taught by dedicated and experienced coaches. Using proven teaching strategies, they make sure that every student finds a path to success. Gymnasts of all skill levels train on all four events including the vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Basic tumbling skills are developed through fun drills and exercises that incorporate the Tumble Track, Air Track and the Floor. Students are evaluated and their skills are introduced and managed by their instructors. Depending on individual student ability, layouts, front and back fulls, and connected tumbling passes will also be covered.
It is our mission to develop our students as athletes and well-rounded individuals. We provide a personal approach tailoring learning methods to each student's needs.
