Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor
The child, along with a parent or guardian, explores the world of gymnastics together as this class stresses major motor coordination activities, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, socialized group activities, exploration, and individual development through a system of selected gymnastics and related activities. The parent/guardian is also taught how to spot and help their child progress under the supervision and instruction of a trained coach. (Student/teacher ratio 4:1)

Gymnastics Tumbling and Floor
Beginner Tumbling is for athletes who cannot yet perform a back walkover unassisted. This beginner class focuses on all aspects of gymnastics tumbling. Students will experience fun drills and exercises that incorporate the Tumble Track and the Floor. Students are evaluated and their skills are introduced and managed by their instructors.
Intermediate Tumbling is for athletes that HAVE their bridge kickover or back walkover on the floor unassisted. This class works on MASTERING skills such as the handstand, cartwheel, and roundoffs.
Advanced Tumbling is for athletes that HAVE their back handspring without assistance. This class works on MASTERING the front and back handspring, and connecting tumbling skills (ex. round-off back handspring). Depending on individual student ability layouts, front and back fulls, and connected tumbling passes will also be covered.
