Fa La La La Flip Camp

Flip Out Camp is for athletes of all abilities. This class is 120 minutes of instruction that focuses on all aspects of gymnastics tumbling. Students will experience fun drills and exercises that incorporate drills and skills on the floor to enhance ability to flip in all directions. Students are evaluated and their skills are introduced and managed by their instructors based on individual readiness.

Are you looking to improve your tumbling skills such as cartwheels and backhand springs? Now is your chance to work on it ALL! Front tumbling, side tumbling, and back tumbling, drills, skills, and FLIPS!
